I think the arms out one is best. Also, you should tie your draw string as it is covering part of your nice bulge. Your suit reminds me of some of the older nylon/poly blend ones that I have. It's nice to watch the stripes curve around your obstruction! Wearing these for underwear makes perfect sense to me.
