Supreme Speedo

Last week on the “Daily Show” they were trying to determine who the new Supreme Court Nominee – Samuel Alito – actually is. They took a photo of him, stripped him, and underneath was the statue of David (yeah right). They tried to dress him to get a feel for who he was and at one point put him in a Speedo! Now, we all know what they wear under those robes. I hope he is a Speedo fan – I mean there was that law that banned Speedos in some part of New Jersey that just finally got repealed, so Speedos and the law do have a connection. Hey, isn’t Alito form New Jersey. OMG! This is such an important nomination to our country – this one Judge is going to change the balance of power for all of us. I want Alito to tell the Senate answers to all the questions they ask. They always use the excuse “I may have to rule on that subject to I better not say.” That’s just bull. We all know how the other Justices will vote because they have voted before – does that mean they must disqualify themselves? Our new Chief Justice got away with this. It has to stop. Maybe he is against the wearing of Speedos! I have made it a point to tell my Senators that I will not vote for them if they vote to confirm a nominee that does not answer questions.
